Penne with spinach on butter-garlic sauce



Preparation time: - ; Cooking time: 15min; For two persons



What do you need:

150g dried Penne
2 hands full of fresh spinach
2 tablespoons of butter
1 clove garlic
salt (optional: Pepper + chilly)



1. Toss the pasta in a pot of salty boiling water, and cook for about 11 min (check the exact cooking time on the package of the pasta).
2. When the pasta is "al dente", drain the water and leave the pasta in the pot. Now add the butter, the minced garlic, spinach and a pinch of salt and let it cook for a minute or two, until you feel like the pasta mixed well with the sauce and right before the spinach begins to wilt.

Tip: Serve with a bit of grated parmesan cheese, pepper and some pine nuts.
