Healthy fresh-fries with parsnip

Preparation time: 10min, Baking time: 15min

What do you need:

1 Parsnip tuber
oil for the pot, salt

1. Peel the parsnip tuber with a potato-peeler.
2. Now slice the parsnip in bite-sized pieces.
3. Place the slices on a baking tray, pour some olive oil on top and spread a pinch of salt over them.
4. Now bake them at 180 degrees (Celsius) for about 15 min in the oven. ->Depending on the size of the parsnip pieces, the baking time may vary.
5. Once they are done, you can serve them - just like potato fries - with a steak, chicken breast, fish, or a simple salad.
