Coconut Vanilla Ice-Cream



Preparation time: 10min, Freezing time: 30min


What do you need:

3 Egg yolk
100g powdered sugar
100ml milk
1 cup of cream
3 Tablespoons Mascarpone
30g Ground coconut




1. Whip the egg yolks with sugar and milk in a cold water bath so it cools down and becomes very creamy through the constant string.


2. Now add the grounded coconut until it makes a homogenous cream. Keep stirring and slowly add the remaining ingredients to the cream.

3. Pour everything in the ice cream maker and after 15 min of congealing place in the freezer.

This makes for a particularly creamy ice cream.
