What do you need:
1 Parsnip tuber
1 Broccoli head
salt, pepper, oil for the skillet
1. Start with cutting the Broccoli in small florets and boil them in salty water.
2. Put some oil in a skillet and heat it up after you cut the Parsnip in 1/2 cm thick slices. Now place the slices in a skillet and season them with salt and pepper. Fry the Parsnip for about 5-7min until it is soft in the middle and crisp on the outside.
3. Serve everything on a plate together with some herbage cheese and enjoy!
